It is designed to support the coffee value stream from the exporter through wholesale coffee roaster with compliance with hazard analysis, food safety and other regulations. We are credentialed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance. Upon completion, your certificate as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual fulfills the FDA requirement for a PCQI.
