Lab Sanitizing Procedures

We have instituted additional sanitizing procedures including UV-C to provide greater safety for you during training.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) face masks, face shields and nitrile gloves and travel size hand sanitizer are available and provided for your use. 

We are part of the project team designing new cupping protocols for the Coffee Quality Institute and they will be taught and used here at the Academy of Coffee Excellence.

We have plenty of space available in our training labs.

  • There is 8 feet between roasting stations and we have 4 roasting stations

  • There is 6 feet between cupping tables and we have 3 cupping tables

  • There are 6 feet between attendee desk workstations and we have 10 workstations
